As a part of the Kalispell SD #5 Lunch Program, Helena Flats School will use MealTime Online to provide the opportunity for you to make credit card deposits into your student's cafeteria account or view your student's purchase history via the internet.  In addition, the web site allows you to create and submit Free and Reduced Price School Meal Applications.

Helena Flats School Office will continue to accept lunch deposits by cash or check only

To get started you will need your child's mealtime student # *.  This # can be obtained by calling the Helena Flats School Office @ 257-230l or by emailing us

Go to the My Mealtime website to set up your online account.

Create a MealTime Online profile:
Click on the "Create new profile" link and enter a Username and Password that you will use to login to MealTime Online. The Username and Password must be at least 6 characters.  For example, Username: jsmith 
Password: pty845

Login to your MealTime Online Account: Using the Username and Password that you created. 

You will need your child's student # in order to add them to your account. PLEASE NOTE: Helena Flats School is found under KALISPELL PUBLIC SCHOOLS.  

Add your student:   Click the Meal Account Deposit button. Click the Add Student link to add your student.  This is where you will need the Student #. 

Make a Deposit:  Click on the "Make Deposit" link to make a deposit into a school account. There is a transaction fee for making deposits.

Check Balance: Click the Meal Account Deposit button. The account balance is above the student's name. To View payment and purchase history, click on the "View Details" link next to the student's name.

Create an online Application: Click the free & Reduced Application button and follow the wizard to create your application. You will need your student's first name and district ID number* You will receive notification regarding the determination of the application within 10 business days.
