Good day Helena Flats families and friends!
Please review updated/corrected times below for arrival and times to report backstage
We are pleased to report that the concert is going great and the children are very excited to perform for you.
This is not a mandatory concert, if your family has systems in place to not celebrate the holiday we honor that and those families are more than welcome to opt out.
We will be bussing students over the day before the concert to East Haven for a rehearsal in the space from around noon until we return to the school for pick up that day.
The day of the concert will be a normal school day and pick up will work the same way. Please drive your child or children to:
East Haven Baptist Church
2010 Whitefish Stage Rd, Kalispell MT, 59901
PreK and K
should arrive at around 5:30 and should go backstage to meet the teacher helping them out. When they are finished, they will exit the stage directly into the audience to their people, (we will bring up the lights so everyone can see).
1st -4th Grade
should arrive at 5:45 and go backstage to meet the teacher helping them. We will have a short intermission after the ¨Rainbow Christmas¨ production is over so children will exit and meet parents from the backstage area where you can stay for the band performance or you can take them home.
5th-8th Grade
Please arrive no earlier than 6pm! There will be chaos backstage until the production starts so we can't have loud noises backstage. Horn players can warm up with their mouthpieces Reid players can warm up their fingers and blow air through the horns and percussion may practice on practice pads but there will be no ¨jamming¨ backstage.
Doors open at 5:30 and it is usually quite full so please don't be late.
Show starts at 6pm.

Helena Flats Families, with winter weather upon us please remember to send kids to school with appropriate outside clothing to include coats, hats, gloves, and footwear. If you need assistance with these items please reach out to our school counselor. Thank you for your support and have a great day :-)

Helena Flats Families, Parent Teacher Conferences are taking place Wednesday 11/5 and Thursday 11/6 from 4-7pm. Please communicate with teachers if you plan on attending. We will also have curriculum tables set up those evenings for information on Title interventions as well as Health curriculum. The end of the 1st quarter was Friday 10/31. Teachers will share report card information at conferences and send them home with students. Please also feel free to access Parent Portal on Infinite Campus to view student grades.
